Production Timelines
Rejecting mass production, every fine art Giclée print and bespoke wooden frame is individually crafted to order.

• Production: Please allow 2–5 business days for our studio partners to print, frame, and meticulously inspect your artwork before dispatch. 
• Transit: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email so you can monitor your artwork's journey. 

Global Fulfillment & Sustainability

We believe in conscious luxury. Through our global network, your artwork is printed and framed at the secure facility closest to your delivery address (spanning Denmark, the EU, the UK, the US, Norway, and Australia). This localized approach drastically reduces carbon emissions and ensures your art spends less time in transit, minimizing the risk of damage.

Courier Fees & Taxes

Full shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimension of the artwork selected. Local currencies and applicable taxes will be seamlessly applied at checkout for a premium, localized experience.

Damaged Deliveries

While our custom wooden frames and archival prints are packaged in high-durability, impact-resistant materials, transit accidents can occasionally occur. Your shipment is fully insured. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at artbyherum@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and the artwork, and we will immediately arrange a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.
