Return window: 30 days for damaged or defective items. Return shipping cost: Free for damaged or defective items.
Because all products at Herum Art are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or made an error during checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If your print arrives damaged, with a production defect, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or full refund for you. Please contact us at artbyherum@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging
Cancellations If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Once production has started (usually within a few hours), the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Custom-made and personalized products — including print-on-demand posters printed uniquely to order — are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Refunds If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
